We are so excited you have decided to join us for the first ever Owasso Chocolate Walk at Seven6Main. We are excited to share the following details with you. Please note your spot is not reserved until you submit this signed contract. Contracts must be received by email no later than 2/5/21.

By signing below you agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. All vendors may begin set up after 7:30am and must be set up and ready for the market by 1:00pm. All vendors must remain at their table the entire time, and must not begin tear down until after 4pm. All vendors will be given sufficient space for your setup. No electricity will be provided. You may or may not be able to connect to the WIFI depending on the location of your booth. Vendors may use tables and chairs, etc to set up their booths but no tents or awnings are allowed. We reserve the right to ask any vendor to remove any decoration or furniture that blocks the general pathways or is disturbing in any fashion. Each vendor must have appropriate signage so customers can easily tell which booths are which. Marketing and major signage for the event are being provided at no cost to you.
By signing below you agree that Seven6Main is not responsible for any of your property or product, and you waive the right to hold them liable for any accident, injury, or theft that might happen while on their property during the vendor market.
By signing below you acknowledge that the vision behind the Chocolate Walk is to provide the community with a friendly and unique sweet treat experience. You agree to act with character and represent the city of Owasso and Seven6Main with utmost diligence.
